Welcome to Clean House Cleaners LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cleaning services, and by using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services:

Clean House Cleaners LLC provides cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services may include, but are not limited too, general cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, and other related services as agreed upon between Clean House Cleaners LLC and the client.

Booking and Payment:Clients can book our services through our website, phone, or other agreed-upon methods. Payment for services rendered is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards as forms of payment. Any additional charges or fees, such as parking fees or specialized cleaning supplies, will be disclosed to the client before the service and are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients can cancel or reschedule their bookings with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, at the discretion of Clean House Cleaners LLC. In case of a cancellation by Clean House Cleaners LLC due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make our best effort to reschedule the service at a mutually agreed-upon time.

Liability: Clean House Cleaners LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide quality cleaning services, but we are not liable for damages or losses resulting from any act or omission by our staff, including but not limited to damage to property, theft, or injury. Clients are responsible for securing their valuables and ensuring a safe working environment for our staff. Clients are also responsible for disclosing any relevant health or safety information, such as allergies or hazardous conditions, before the service.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive for customer satisfaction, and if a client is not satisfied with our services, they must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues or concerns.

Confidentiality: Clean House Cleaners LLC respects the privacy of our clients and will not disclose any personal or confidential information without proper consent, except as required by law.

Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement for any reason with written notice. Any outstanding payments or fees owed by the client must be settled upon termination.

Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Clean House Cleaners LLC, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and website content, are owned by Clean House Cleaners LLC and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the FL/United States without regard to conflicts of law principles.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Clean House Cleaners LLC and the client and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal, relating to the subject matter herein.

Amendments: Clean House Cleaners LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or providing notice to the client. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
